If the dress doesn't fit me, can I have it altered?

Our products are not available in all dress colors, sizes, and designs.

We use a "build-to-order/build-to-order" method where we start ordering/manufacturing after receiving your order.

Do you have products that can be shipped on the same day?

Yes, there is.

We have limited stock in Japan of popular colors, sizes, and designs.

Items in stock will be shipped from our office in Tokyo within 3 business days , so we recommend this product to those who don't have time until the day of use.

We also have many sale and outlet products that are not listed yet, so if you have the dress or size you are looking for , please feel free to contact us.

It looks like the dress I want won't arrive in time for the intended use date, what should I do?

Our products are made to order/manufactured to order, in which ordering/manufacturing begins after receiving an order, so we do not have all of our products in stock.

Even if you don't have time until the scheduled date of use, we may be able to accommodate you, so please feel free to contact us!

【Regarding delivery】

I would like to have each item delivered individually. Will there be separate shipping charges?

Due to the system, if you are shipping to different destinations, you will need to order one item at a time.

Basically, shipping is only on weekdays.

Where can I make a reservation at Shirokanedai Salon?

The salon does not have full-time staff, so it is open by reservation only. Please make a reservation for your visit by the day before.

How many people can try on clothes at Shirokanedai Salon? Can I bring children?

Shirokanedai Salon can accommodate up to 8 people.

You can bring your children with you, but the elevator starts from the second floor, so you will have to use the stairs to get to the second floor.

If you are coming with a stroller, please let us know in advance so we can assist you.
